- Get 800-900 gr of beef short ribs.
- Get 1 of shallot.
- Use 3 of red chillies.
- Provide of dried chilies (soaked with hot water).
- You need 1 stalk of lemongrass.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mixed spice (cinnamon,nutmeg,allspice).
- Get 250 ml of coconut milk.
- Take 180 ml of sweet soy sauce.
- Use 1 of carrot.
- Get 1 of lebanese cucumber (i used continental cucumber).
- Prepare leaves of mint.
- Provide leaves of basil.
- Get 1 of shallot.
- Get 60 ml of vinegar.
